2 Bedroom Apartment in Porto Ercole

It is an apartment in a terraced house in the green and quiet area at the beginning of the village of Porto Ercole Tuscany: in front of a large olive grove and Monte Argentario., Around villas full of flowers
Close to shops and cycling 5 minutes to the equipped beach of Cala Galera (850 m distance)
The 70 sqm apartment is spread over 2 floors and has 2 small gardens: one in front with a table and umbrella, a large tent that shelters from the sun and another small garden behind
There are also 2 entrances in correspondence with the gardens.
So it is also suitable for 2 different families.
For heating we have heat pumps (summer air conditioning) in the 2 bedrooms and 1 electric space heater and 1 Zibro liquid gas space heater in the living room
The living room has a kitchenette with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV
The upstairs double bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. From the window you can see a small garden for children. And a private road.
Going down comfortable stairs or the spiral staircase you go to the bedroom below which has a double bed and a third single bed. There is a new bathroom
.This room is very cool.
For parking, I prepare a permit in the Municipality for € 10, which allows you to park on the blue municipal stripes right in front of the house, at a cost of € 1 per day to be placed in the parking meter.
For the permit I need: copy of the tourist lease contract, made out to the owner of the car, copy of the identity card of the owner of the car
For the state police I need a copy of all guests' ID.

Summary: Mariella is extremely friendly and always with an open ear and with good suggestions for excursions: a typical italian „Mama“. The house was perfect for us and I can only HIGHLY recommend it. Even our (big) dog felt very much at home there. I look forward to booking here again.

Summary: My husband and I have spent 2 lovely weeks in the apartment of Signora Rizzardi. It is in a very quiet area of Porto Ercole within an easy walk from the center of town and has its own parking. It has an easy access to all of Argentarion and all major South Tuscany attractions. Within 3 min walk from the apartment there are a minimarket with all essentials, a butcher and a bakery that have about everything that a holidaymaker needs. The apartment is big enough for 2 couples and a child and has a large dining area in the courtyard surrounded by greenery. As normal for all Italian holiday apartments it does not have a WiFi but a cocktail bar by the sea front compensates for this quite easily. Signora Rizzardi speaks fluent English. T.Martin, Bristol
