Positive: Great hosts! Gabriele is very helpful and kind. He offered an abundance of options for breakfast including fresh picked figs from the property. Very nice house with a homy feel. So much history and that classic Tuscan style estate. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Everything was well maintained and clean. Thanks again for having us!

Negative: We stayed in the upper sofita floor and the stairs are a bit stiff and can be difficult to carry suitcases.

We loved the shared lounges, kitchen access, and friendly hospitality—everything felt warm and thoughtfully curated . Positive: The building looked like something straight out of a Tuscan movie—absolutely charming. The interior was a bit dated, but it fits the style and character they’re going for. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and we had a private bathroom in the room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, personally brought to us by the lovely owner. The pool is cleaned daily and we had it all to ourselves. There's also a ping-pong table available for guests.
Negative: Our room was located at the very top, which was a bit challenging for my 70-year-old parents.
