Positive: Very friendly hosts. Focused to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We had a small problem with the electricity. When we called for help, there was immediate action. We received many suggestions for trips and restaurants etc. Every day freshly baked cakes were brought and there was a nice goodbye gift pack.

Positive: Rachele and her mum are very nice hosts. Their hospitality exceeded all our expectations. They were always helpful and immediately met our needs and wishes. Upon arrival, a fridge filled with food for breakfast was waiting for us and every day we received a fresh delicious cake. The apartment was well equipped and the location is very quiet, yet close to the town where you can find restaurants, ice cream, groceries. We got tips for trips from Rachele and enjoyed our holiday very much. And swimming pool was really great.

Positive: So much food!! The owner leaves food for the guests. From yogurt to cakes to fresh fruit and we even borrowed oil and vinegar. Lots of coffee pods. Everything you could eat for breakfast or lunch. The pool is perfect and the grounds are large and you can walk around. It’s quiet and out of the way.
Negative: The apartment is a little small but for 2 people it good. The bed squeaks a bit but comfortable. It is a little hard to find but the owner came out and showed us the way there.
Summary: Wonderful place to stay near a lovely small town. Great food and lovely people.

Positive: This was a wonderful stay. Rachele has thought of everything a guest might need. Beds were comfortable, washing machine available, apartment was very clean and had everything possibly needed for cooking. A bottle of wine and a homemade cake was waiting for us on several evenings. The fridge was stocked with yogurts, butter, juices, milk, eggs, breads, cereal, oranges, apples and more. There were homemade jams made by Rachele’s mom with 2 flavors of biscotti. Bedrooms were spacious and well appointed with armoire to hang clothes. The bathroom was spacious with room to keep toiletries. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Positive: The property was charming, well-kept and clean and from the very first booking to our last 'goodbye', Rachele and her mother were always available and great and friendly hosts. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and fridge, which was surprisingly well-equipped with breakfast options (eggs, tomates, yoghurt..) which could be re-stocked from the shared fridge every morning. Furthermore, it was a daily joy to receive the freshly baked cake. The pool area and the pool itself was perfect and very clean. Great location for several cities and Lago Bolsena and only 10 minutes to Acquapendente for anything shopping needed.
Negative: the temperatures were up to 36 degrees Celcius during the day and the umbrellas around the pool therefore much needed. We had lunch in the outdoor shaded dining area, and if anything, we would recommend to add more of such resting areas with shade, benches etc. We enjoyed the dining and barbecue area a lot with the pretty light chains in the evening. As this was popular, one could consider creating more of such places.
Summary: Charming, well-kept and clean property and pool area with lovely breakfast and caring hosts!

Positive: We stayed there for a couple of nights. Family of 4 plus 2 small dogs. The location is very peaceful and quiet, there is a swimming pool available at the place with very clean water. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. We were stocked with food for breakfast and recieved homemade cakes every day. The place is ideal for one-day trips to Rome (1,5h drive) and Florence (2h drive). Also, you can go to the beach (1h drive) and stay there for a couple of hours. The neighbouring town of Aquapendente is a interesting place to visit, both historically and culinary. Apart from all that, it's a good idea to go to the town of Orvieto - a medieval town built on a rock. All in all, we had a very pleasurable time being there. If you're looking for a place to rest and recharge - this is it!

Positive: This place is so peacefull and charming… here is so much heart♥️ Rachel and her patents Are the best host we ever met. We enjoyed the fire in the evening and tasted all the homemade biological product they made👍🏼🇮🇹 It is placed 1,5 km from Acquapendente.

Positive: Our stay at this beautiful and peaceful farmhouse with a swimming pool was an incredible find. The welcome and kindnesses of Rachele the host, her mother Loira and gorgeous Brik the dog was heartwarming and incredible. We had a spotless, pretty 2 bedroom apartment with everything we could possibly need provided. There were so many lovely details that it would be impossible to name them all but include: a well stocked fridge and cupboard with varied foods and drinks for breakfasts, homemade jams and chutney, a bottle of wine, separate swimming towels the list goes on! A real highlight was the delicious homemade cake freshly baked every day ( thank you Loira) and the thoughtful goodie bag with homemade produce on our last day. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachele and she is an amazing host and has the fastest response time to any query I have experienced. We would love to return to experience the magic of Agriturisimo Podernuovo again.
Negative: We had to leave!!
