Positive: Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Good location, with 2 restaurants onsite.

Negative: The air-conditioning wasn't working when we arrived but the maintenance staff promptly fixed the issue 😀

Positive: The location is perfect for getting around by public transport including coming from the airport. The staff are an asset to the hotel. So helpful

Negative: Unfortunately we were on the first floor opposite the Klass Hotel entrance where people would stand outside & talk while smoking. Which we could hear in our room.

Positive: It was really cosy, clean hotel with great location! Staff is really friendly and lovely, they try their best to make your stay unforgettable! I much appreciate their proactive and fastest support when I left my stuff in the hotel and get them on time at the airport. Never forget this moment.
