Negative: the noise from the construction site nearby and the neighbourhood is quite shanty, on top there are few steps of stair to climb, not convenient if you carry a big suitcase.

Positive: We chose this apartment after coming to Istanbul and having a nightmare at another apartment. The property was exceptionally clean, each room had a working TV, a working lift, and a very helpful and responsive owner. For what we were given, the property was very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this property and will be coming back here soon!

Good price for 3 rooms, very nice and helpful host and his housekeeper. Option to arrange for ride from the airport with the owner which was very convenient
