Summary: We visited Cannes for three days prior to boarding a cruise ship. This property was a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Serge was very responsive. The location was perfect for seeing the local area. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The owner messaged me the day before I checked in asking if I wanted to rent sheets and towels. Said it would cost me 80 Euro. I don’t believe this was advertised on the listing and even though we paid him, I don’t want others to have to do the same. Very strange as I have never had another Airbnb or VRBO require us to “rent” sheets and towels. They should both be included in the overall price.

Summary: We had a fabulous time! Our apartment was perfect and Serge was the best host! He went over and above to help us. The apartment was in the perfect location, so spacious and had everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend this apartment! I would definitely stay again!!! Thank you Serge!!!!

Summary: We had a great time staying in Serges’ apartment. The location is superb and extremely quite, right in the heart of the old town of Cannes. With the sights, market, shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance it couldn’t be more convenient. Serge was very kind to suggest a few places to visit and offered to be contactable during our stay.

Summary: Nice accommodation, perfect for our family of 5. The 2 showers were a bonus. Friendly welcome and communication. The location in old town is beautiful but the walk up the hill did get to us some days!

Summary: As a family of 5 we spent a stunning week in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes. The location is simply amazing just 200m from the beach, directly in the Old Town. The apartment is very practical, well equipped and clean. For a family of 5 we had enough space and the 3rd floor was not a problem. Parking is available 250m away in a public garage with reasonable price. The pictures and the description are 100% authentic. Serge has helped with the check in and is a very friendly guy. We can definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come again soon.

Summary: I booked this apartment for a business stay of a week during the Cannes Yacht Festival. The owner is a real gentleman, the house is in a luxury position, behind the old tower. Beautiful. The house is spacious, has everything you need and it is clean and airy. Will surely contact the owner again for any next stay in Cannes.
