Positive: I liked the location as it was a short walk to most places I need to visit. It had everything I needed for this stay.
Negative: If your more that one person it is not ideal. If you don't mind walking up 5 floors which I didn't it could be challenging for some guests. I could use more space but it worked this time.
Summary: Lovely stay and hosts. It was clean, comfortable and Xavier was a honest and lovely man.

Positive: Xavier and his wife were spectacular hosts. Very clean, quaint little apartment less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Heads up, there is a 2000 euro cash deposit that initially made me skeptical. After meeting Xavier, I now see he’s just passionate about keeping his property in top condition and the high deposit protects him. Upon leaving the apartment, he returned my deposit in the exact cash pouch I gave it to him in. Plan accordingly ahead of time on atm withdraws, but nothing to be worried about.

Positive: Location was great for me, and although compact, the apartment had everything I needed.
Negative: Initially I was not ok about the €2,000 cash deposit, but Xavier the owner put me at ease straight away, sent me a message confirming he’d received the money, and gave me the exact envelope back with the exact same notes inside. A very very good host.
Summary: Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Beautifully designed apartment All mod cons. Ultra modern show with colour changing lights Great bluetooth sound system. One minute walk to lovely little beach. Right in the centre. The owner Xavier and his wife went out of their way to help us with luggage and answer all out questions. A delightful stay.
Negative: Wish we could have stayed longer.
Summary: A diamond of an apartment!
