Positive: we loved the location, easy to access and great parking, large airy space, with all amenities.
Negative: The bed was not comfortable, the couch was fine to sleep on but not comfortable to sit and watch tv. My husband switched with my daughter and slept on the couch after the first night for more comfort.

Negative: The bed mattress was lumpy and could be changed. The bedroom closet light was never repaired and we reported it day 1.
Summary: The issues we incurred were insignificant, the bed mattress could have been better. Loft 101.

Positive: This is a lovely property. I come to this area often. This unit was immaculate and owners were responsive.
Negative: HORRIBLE internet. As much as I would love to stay here in the future when in town oh business (normally a week at a time) I had to go to a Starbucks to use my computer and up to the top floor to get cell phone service.

Positive: There's a Nespresso machine! Earplugs everywhere (important since there's traffic noise)
Negative: $1000 security deposit (booking requested me to take a selfie, photograph front and back of my driving license) There are lots of earplugs distributed througout the place - I needed these since the traffic from outside was quite loud. Checkout was earlier than at any other place I've been at: 10am I overslept (thanks to the earplugs) and when I came out of the bathroom at 10.06 am, a cleaner had opened the door and stood inside the room, demanding I leave the room. No bell, no knocking, just used a key to open the front door. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Owner sent an email at 10.14am (I was just getting my stuff out) demanding $20 for each 15 min overstay

Positive: Location , access to hwy. New mall around the corner in walking distance
Negative: Only 1 bathroom with the exhaust fan keeps running ( noisy ) . Parking is too far.

Positive: The hosts were great, the location of the building is very convenient and walkable to most everything you need. The place was clean and spacious.
Negative: This place feels like a fishbowl and is lacking privacy. The blinds don’t completely cover the large windows. The worst was the bright lights outside all night shining directly into the home. It is a bit noisy, so the hosts provided ear plugs, but it was difficult to sleep with the bright light. I also didn’t love that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom, but ok if you don’t have to get up at night.
