Summary: The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay, one concern was the door didn’t have an inside latch or door lock. Also the screen door had seen better days and couldn’t enjoy the evening breeze for fear of insects getting in the screen.

Summary: The owner was very helpful. There was a small issue at the check in, but the owner came right away and took care of it immediately. The rental was close to water, shopping, food, and airport. For the price, great spot. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Pet friendly area. Rental was small, but had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have TV in the bedroom.

Summary: Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!

Summary: The property was as distributed. Ozona is a quiet place with excellent dining within walking distance. We had a few minor issues after we checked in that were quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the bike/walking trail.
