Positive: The staff and the service was amazing! The location was directly on the Pattaya Beach, the pool was really nice and the food menu had a lot of options for all tastes. We booked a villa and it was very beautiful and quiet. Highly suggest it!!!

Negative: Mosquitoes and lizards around, not the fault of the resort tho!

Positive: The hotel has a nice overall look and potential, and the pool area is pleasant.

Negative: The room did not meet expectations: the extra bed for our child was just placed on the floor, the bathroom had a persistent leak that was never fixed (causing humidity and bad smell), and we also had a leaking fridge. Breakfast was inconsistent, with better fruits not being replenished. The beach in front of the hotel is not enjoyable due to the number of boats and its proximity to ferry traffic. The restaurant is also overpriced for what it offers. Proper maintenance of rooms (especially bathrooms), better quality standards for extra beds, more consistent breakfast service, and improved value for money overall.

Summary: Highly overrated hotel with disappointing value for the price.

Negative: On the speedboat trip to Koh Lipe we had to pay a toll to get on the speedboat which then stopped at two islands on the way to Koh Lipe. After 12 hours since we left our house all we wanted to do was get to Koh Lipe, shower. eat and relax. We were not informed of these compulsory excursions, we did not get off at either island stop which lasted 30-40 minutes each. We reckon we lost about 2 hours off our hotel stay. A dreadful start to the holiday which thankfully improved when we got to Koh Lipe.

Positive: A wonderful stay in a perfect location near the arrival jetty and just steps from the beach. The food was consistently delicious with great variety, the rooms were modern, spotless, and spacious, and the staff’s hospitality truly made our experience special.

Negative: Only negative would be the reservation of sun beds around the pool and facing the sea. I’m an early riser and I was going for breakfast for 7am and already most of the sun beds had towels placed on them with some not being occupied until gone 10am. I feel the hotel need to monitor this better to allow others to use the beds that have towels on but are not occupied for hours.
