Positive: We loved staying at Al Castello! Erika was away to a wine festival, but Gaspare and their lovely daughter Giulia received us at check-in. Gaspare told us we could park the car right in front of the door, and the he gave us a tour of the apartment and garden. It was clean, cozy and well-equipped. Marsala was beautiful, we went to the centre, toured a winery and went to see the salt flats. The only *tiny* downside was that the living room did not have curtains, and there was an upstairs neighbor (with very heavy feet😅) that woke us up quite early once. Thank you for our wonderful stay 🩷🩷🩷

Summary: Loved it!! Would recommend, 10/10 :)

Positive: The apartment and location were great. The large patio was lovely for sitting outside during the day and evening. The owner Erika was really helpful, providing lots of useful information and helping me to book a taxi to the airport. There is a supermarket, cafe and restaurants close by. The cafe which was on the same road as the apartment was very good and the pizza restaurant and takeaway which was just a few yards further on was also very convenient if you want an evening in.

Positive: Excellent location (once we got our bearings and thank the Lord for Google maps) Fabulous terrace space Generous provision of fruit, local biscotti and dessert wine Erika gave very helpful advice with regard to restaurants and things to do

Negative: Only bug bear was parking which could be tricky depending on the time of day and day of the week.
