The villa is located in Mango 10 minutes from Alba, and is a typical farmhouse surrounded by vineyards with a magnificent view of the Langhe. THE HOUSE IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS. It is the right place to relax, explore the main UNESCO attractions tasting wines and local products. Ideal for families, couples or groups.
The Via del Sale Holiday Home is a typical Langa stone house completely renovated with charm; it is structured on three floors. The roof is visible and throughout the house there are panoramic windows, specially left without curtains to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape. The ground floor has a large living room with large windows, a 1960s table with six chairs, a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa, a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle. A bathroom with a shower. Upstairs another open plan lounge with large panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding muscat vineyards, with double sofa bed, two small tables, 54-inch TV, two bedrooms both with double bed, a four seasons wardrobe, two bedside tables with two lamps , a four drawer dresser. A bathroom with a shower. It can comfortably accommodate six people. In the basement there are two cellars where there are washing machines, two clothes racks, ironing board and iron, and cleaning products. The house externally has a private courtyard and a porch where you can enjoy the refreshments of nature, and taste the wines and typical products of the area outdoors and in total tranquility. The location is ideal to see the beautiful hills, the beautiful vineyards and to explore Alba and its surroundings.
At guests' disposal: barbecue, heating, hot water, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, tea and coffee, iron, laundry area with washing machine, towels, sheets, private parking, tables and outdoor chairs.

Tourist opportunities:
The Truffle Fair with its food and wine specialties is held every year from October 1st until the end of November in the UNESCO World Heritage Langhe. This event, which boasts thousands of visitors every year, is famous all over the world and my home is in the middle of these wonderful hills.
The villa is within easy reach of the main attractions of the UNESCO Heritage, restaurants and renowned wineries. In about half an hour you can reach Alba, Pollenzo, La Morra.

Summary: Our host Roberta and her son were very helpful.. the property is beautiful with lovely breezes in the evening. There were some basics there like coffee, milk and juice which was helpful upon arrival. It was also very clean and had laundry. A great place to stay!!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! Roberta and her son met us at the property and showed us around. They provided some coffee, milk and water which was great since we came in on a Sunday and stores were not open. We visited the local market on Monday. Small but fresh bread, fruit, veggies, cheese and other items were available. There is a lovely view of the countryside, and as others have stated the area is remote and winding roads are used to get to places, like Asti and Alba. We visited a recommended restaurant and had a great dinner overlooking the vineyards. The wineries and food were excellent! Very nice place to stay.

Summary: We are an older couple from Switzerland who spent several days at this property. It is modern, spacious, and clean. Most of all, it is in an absolutely tranquil setting among the vineyards outside of Mango, a small but precious village that has its own enoteca and Piemonte's best kept secret: a small trattoria near the sports area with excellent food, a variety of local Barbera D'Alba wines, and good service. We ate there several times and highly recommend it! The owner Roberta is very attentive and responded quickly when we corresponded and called her (a good way to brush up on our Italian!). The local assistant, Barbara, was exceptionally friendly and charming, and we are thankful to her for showing us a bit of Mango, especially the tratorria! We would definitely stay at this residence again!

Summary: What a wonderful find! This gorgeous home is more beautiful than it even appears in the photos. There is every amenity you could wish for. The open concept living areas overlook the rolling Piemonte hills and vineyards and when the sky is clear, a distant view of the snow covered Alps. Once we got the hang of driving up and down the hillside it was an easy in and out to visit nearby towns, wineries and restaurants. We were desperately in need of some R and R and this well appointed home offered the perfect haven. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We made cappuccino on the automatic Saeco machine every morning and had the pleasure of watching the Moscato harvest literally below our windows. There is even an extensive selection of local wines available for purchase if you forget to pick some up. The central location is near Neive and Barbaresco and 30 minutes north of Alba and the barolo crus. After a day of sightseeing and tasting, it was always a pleasure to come ‘home’ to our hillside retreat and enjoy the sunset. You will need a car to enjoy this location but it will be completely worth your while. We plan to return and will recommend this to our friends and fellow wine lovers and photographers. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: We stayed with my parents for four nights in July. The property is gorgeous, recently remodeled and has everything you need. The views from the sitting area over the surrounding vineyards are spectacular, and the location is within easy reach of Alba and the small towns of Barolo, little further to Barbaresco. The coffee machine is very space age and my Dad enjoyed using it! Very quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the wine areas, if you plan to go out at night you'd probably need a car. Roberta is a great host, very responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks for the stay!

Summary: Great home in the center of the Piedmont. Ten minutes from Alba, close to Barbaresco and Barolo. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well appointed kitchen, washer, comfortable living space. Two large comfortable bedrooms. Check in process was very easy and convenient. We appreciated the flexibility offered by the manager concerning our check in time. Loved that the home had an "honor bar" with local wine available in the home! Would rent again if I were in the area.

Summary: This property is beautiful and offers all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The views are amazing which you never tire from. Its location is remote which adds to its appeal, but within walking distance to Mango. If you have the fortune to book this holiday rental, I fail to see how you would be disappointed. A fantastic place located in awesome Italian wine producing countryside, what more could you wish for.
