Positive: Overall, the place looked good. It had all the basics; it has ac, fans (super dirty over them) but worked, and the swimming pool was the best. The lights over and inside the pool were beautiful. Very relaxing environment outside in that area.
Negative: Since the 1st day we felt we were in some kind of “boarding school”…, we never had been under so many rules and fees and under surveillance. The actual rules and the code of the door we never got it though “booking”, so when i contacted the owner to get the code i got lectured for him about the endless rules and how come i didn’t have the door code. We got to the actual house late at night because we had many problems that day. When we rented the place we were 4 adults. At the time we got there, one of the family member brought her 10years old daughter. We got charged for the girl. For only one day, we had a bbq with the rest of the family, we also got charged extra because they were in the house over two hrs which according to the owner over that time they weren’t visitors anymore, they became guests. The owner sent an invoice for those charges directly to us via WhatsApp. The house has several cameras. In front of the house, we roughly counted 5 cameras, in the back where the patio and swimming pool were we saw another one. Inside the house, in the dining room area was another camera. We felt constantly under surveillance and a bit intimated because of it. We didn’t know for sure if there were more cameras hidden somewhere else inside the house. It wasn’t a good feeling. Two nights before we left, we runout of water. No water for kitchen, or bathrooms… None.! We texted the owner early in the morning, and he took care of it. Thanks for that. Around noon we had water back again, but not without another “lecture” from the owner about how painful and expensive the whole process was to gave us the water back, and that we have to take care of it. There were 2 big water tanks with a pump next to the house. We never knew if the tanks were full, half empty, or near empty. That area was under locked, we never had access over there. We understand the owners of rental places has to careful about their places, but this one was over the top with rules and fees.
Summary: It could be better wirhout the owner over us.

Positive: We did not have to worry about anything but food, the house is very comfortable, we felt right at home and we all had a good time in the pool and patio. Frank Gallardo is very attentive and made sure our stay was amaizing. With that said we will continue to return in the future, we highly recomend others to book this property.
