Positive: someone at the reception all the time, really willing to help and assist any requests i had, good location, good wifi, fresh towels upon request, fridge, heating, extra blanket. no steam mirror in the bathroom !

Negative: better english level could help. the shower was really basic and heating up the water took ages.
