Summary: Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic!

Summary: Great location in heart of st. Marks. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside is that air conditioning was not on yet so it was hot. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again! Included breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Summary: Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money!

Summary: Welcoming, helpful, multi-lingual, and friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all major sights; right outside of San Marco. Easy 5-10 min walk from San Marco vaporetto dock. Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio.

Summary: Great hotel, very helpful and nice staff, fantastic room with a King size bed. Good breakfast every morning included with the stay. Location was the best directly behind St. Mark’s square. Walked to all the main attractions in the square area with ease. Great restaurants located everywhere near by. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Don’t even think twice about booking this hotel, it was over the top.
