Luxury, recently renovated and fully furnished 2 bedrooms apartment in 14th century prestigious Palazzo Falier. Facing the Grand Canal, the most fascinating water way of the town, this apartment offers to its guests the best Venetian atmosphere with the comforts of a nicely venetian - style entirely renovated apartment. The two bedrooms, both with double bed and one with an extra sofa- bed, look the nice and silent side canal Rio del Duca; two elegant bathrooms decorated with glass Venetian mosaic, an equipped kitchen with view on a little garden and a charming, finely decorated living room with two windows on the Grand Canal and a wide view which goes from the Accademia Bridge to Palazzo Rezzonico.
The access to the apartment is trough the monumental entrance of Palazzo Falier, one of the most beautiful and well conserved Venetian private palazzo; from there you may arrive in Campo Santo Stefano in 1 minutes, or Palazzo Grassi Museum - Pinault Foundation, Accademia Galleries, Palazzo Franchetti, Palazzo Pisani Music Conservatory of Venice, Santo Stefano Church, the Fenice Opera House ... and of course San Marco Square, all in few minutes walking out of the Palazzo.
The Santo Stefano district is the nicest and most elegant area of Venice; nice restaurants and bars, or the old baccaro and trattoria;, antiques and modern design shops, or the best of Venetian artisans atelier; everything is just around the corner.

Summary: Well located 2 bedder. A short walk to Acadamia or S Samuel. Ground floor so easy access and lounge room looks out to Grand Canal.

Summary: We had an excellent time in Venice. The location of the apartment is perfect for being on the Grand Canal and watching the boats and being close to Vaparetto stops. The Palazzo itself is grand and Campo San Stefano had a couple of good restaurants. Our apartment was small and comfortable however it is in need of some attention. The white furniture is not very clean and walls were scuffed. The extremely tiny kitchen was adequate for coffee in the morning. That said it had enough dinner dishes and glassware and cookware for a dinner party for 8 people! Giovanni was prompt with all communication and instructions for checking in were clear but required texting a different person to arrange meeting at the apartment.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying in this amazing, historic palazzo. The location was perfect, with tons of restaurants close by, and a vaporetto stop just across the Accademia Bridge. Well equipped unit with everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive.We used the vaporetto constantly to get around the Grand Canal area, Murano, and Burano. Recommend getting a multi-day pass for the vaporetto. Wandering through and getting lost in all the alleys (calli) was the best!

Summary: This two bed, two bath apartment on the Grand Canal is in the perfect location. It's just a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco but is far enough away to have the feel of a local neighborhood. Transportation to and from train station or airport is easy with a water taxi. We enjoyed watching traffic on the Grand Canal and using this as a base to wander Venice. Highly recommend!
