Summary: Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis op een mooie centrale locatie, dichtbij faciliteiten.

Summary: Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus, nur leider in keinem sehr guten Pflegezustand. Das ist wirklich schade drum. 5. Schlafzimmer ist im Flur ein mit Vorhang abgeteilter Bereich. Zustand Garten ist nicht wie auf den Fotos! Es gibt kein Spielhaus und keine Schaukel. Liegestühle sind kaputt. Die Fotos sind überaltert!!! Couch im Wohnzimmer durchgebrochen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert. Bis auf die Dreckecken ist es ein ganz schönes Grundstück. Eingezäunt und sicher auch für die Autos.

Summary: 4 Zimmer ist übertrieben. Zwei Betten mit einem Vorhang abgegrenzt ist kein Zimmer. Wasser-Druck war sehr problematisch. Viele kleine Mängel (Fenster etc.)

Summary: (+)geniale zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Fahrzeuge stehen in umfriedeten, nicht einsehbarem Gelände. Geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung, z.B. Billard, Fitnessraum, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd und Klima. Gepflegter Garten mit Kinderrutsche und Kletterturm. (-) Teile der Einrichtung waren defekt bzw. eingeschränkt Nutzbar, z.B. Sofa mittlerer Sitzplatz durchgebrochen, Kaffemaschine benötigt für 5 Tassen ca. 1,5h Brühzeit, Kühlschrank Türgetränkehalter fehlte, Lüfter WC Obergeschoss sehr laut, Aufhänger Duschbrause Bad EG defekt, 1 Queue vom Billarspiel ohne Pomeranze (wünschenswert) Fliegengitter für Fenster OG, Wäscheständer sowie Türzuziehhilfe für Terrassentür. (Fazit) Das Objekt ist nicht makellos aber empfehlenswert.
