Positive: We had the absolute best stay at Alcazar. The rooms were immaculately furnished and clean, and the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The facilities are clean and there is a pool on the premises, and the daily breakfast buffet was excellent. Could not recommend more highly

Positive: This is a fabulous boutique hotel that is an oasis in Soller. It has beautiful bedrooms with fantastic showers and toiletries. Lighting in rooms great. The beds and bedding are uber comfortable and our room was a great size with a terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. Always fresh and hot with plenty of choice Pool area was stylish with plenty of space and gardens well looked after. Nice area to have breakfast and lunch outside. Bar well stocked and staff welcoming. A great place to explore Sóller and very easy to get into the port and Palma.
Negative: The hairdryer’s are pretty awful. Not useful if you have hair!! Yes they’re that bad and certainly not purchased by a woman…. Please take your own. Wish they provided conditioner. They have a dual product but again if you have anything other than short hair it’s not enough, so again take your own. I think the style of the hotel and its price point, coffee machines in rooms would be nicer. The bar could look far nicer if the lights were dimmed at night to create a little more ambiance. Non of the above would prevent me booking again as it’s mostly fab.

Positive: This was the best accommodation we have had during our 4 weeks in Spain and Portugal and we've had some great ones. Everything was perfect and the staff absolutely wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was sensational and the breakfast choices were plentiful and absolutely delicious. Keep doing what you're doing Alcazar. There is nothing to improve on.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The hotel feels new, stylish and very well maintained, with an excellent price–quality ratio. Breakfasts were a real highlight – lots of variety and even healthy options. There is an underground parking (extra fee, but honestly worth it, as finding a spot in town can be stressful). The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with a nice pool – perfect if you want some peace and quiet. The location is fantastic: the town itself is probably the best place to stay in Mallorca. It’s surrounded by beautiful mountains, yet there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. With a car, you can easily reach breathtaking places like Sa Calobra and Cap de Formentor. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
