The apartment enjoys sun all day, overlooking the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located on a hill above the harbor in a quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants and beach, the amenities are within walking distance distance (3-4 minutes)) or 15 minutes on foot.
A well maintained community pool with terrace is also located in the complex.
The property has private parking.
Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, while a little more along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma airport, have good connections with rail, tram and bus services.
Changeover day: Flexible We understand that flights are often a more reasonable price during the week, but it is a function of other reservations. Arrival after 3 pm, departure before 10 am less than by prior arrangement.
Puerto de Soller: it is a coastal city in the northwest of Mallorca, only about 5 kilometers from Sóller. Its bright location in an almost circular bay, protected by rocks on both sides of the passage to the sea. Today you can find excursion boats, yachts and sailboats. Every afternoon at 5 p.m. fishermen arrive at Puerto de Sóller with some of their catches still alive.

Summary: We loved our time at Domingo’s place! He was kind enough to meet us and help carry bags up the many steps and show us around. The view from the balcony was awesome so we enjoyed a few dinners out there. There are many steps (66 my kids counted!) from the road up the the apartment plus walking up to the property from the beach is pretty hard work…especially in summer. Great if you want to work off all the food and drinks you’ve consumed though! My kids also got a kick out of seeing a goat in the backyard one morning!

Summary: A really nice apartment that is tastefully decorated and homely. Great views over the bay and well located for Pueto de Sollar (walkable in 15 mins if you don't mind a stepp hill). We also enjoyed getting the tram to Soller. Domingo is a helpful and friendly host. All in all a great place for a holiday.

Summary: Domingo’s property is fantastic. Spacious enough for a family of four. The apartment is on different levels and provides a space where you can escape the heat and chill out on the back or from terrace. All communication from Domingo was excellent, we had an issue with the washing machine and Domingo quickly sorted it out. We hope to return soon to this fantastic apartment. He was always happy to answer any queries had during our stay. If you have any mobility issues the walk up the hill back to the apartment would be difficult, in the July heat was very hot. But this is not a negative for us.

Summary: Breathtaking views from this apartment over the bay of Port de Soller and the mountains beyond - a view that I appreciated daily. Lots of space for my family during our stay, and the air conditioning was great. The swimming pool is one of the best I have used at an apartment complex. It also has an amazing view, is a great size and in perfect condition. We were often the only people using it. On arrival, our host Domingo, very kindly picked us up from the bus stop, and also went out of his way to take us to the supermarket to do a shop. He also arranged a taxi pick up for us on departure. He is amazingly helpful and responsive. The only thing that we found tough was the challenging walk up hill from the harbour/beach. I think this was probably made more difficult due to the very high temperatures. However, it certainly kept us fit, and earned me my glass of wine or two!! Thank you for your hospitality.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Port de Soller. The apartment is wonderful witb everything you need. Very clean and great bed with a great douvet (not common in Spain;). Great outdoor area and spectacular view of Port de Soller. Host is wonderful and friendly - We can highly recommend this place!!!

Summary: Fabulous property with extensive outside space for relaxing and al fresco dining. Loved the bbq and outside kitchen. We spent breakfast and dinner on the balcony and saw dramatic sunsets and lightening too! Have only taken away one star from description of property as it didn't make clear that it is an extensive uphill walk from town, followed by many steps to get into the apartment - this could be a problem if you're not particularly fit. However, it is a gorgeous property and we had a lovely stay.
