Summary: The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean. The staff is attentive. But the managers are rude and lack empathy. We are a family of 4 and I got 2 separate rooms. There was no information on the hotela.com website that there was an additional fee for the pool or spa... When my son wanted to use the pool, they told me that we had to pay an additional fee. When I talked to their manager, they told me that I had to pay for the pool. I showed them the hotels.com website page. When he saw this, he said he could give me a 50% discount. He acted as if my main concern was to get a discount. I would not respond to this pathetic lack of empathy and would leave the hotel after my stay. If we ignore the manager's attitude, the hotel is nice.

Summary: Decent location however all major attractions / neighborhoods were a 15-20 min walk. Lobby area was beautiful, had 2 remind front desk twice I needed a cab to airport, gym was a 5 out of 10, didn’t get to roof garden as it was closed due to weather & our room was tiny/over priced for what we paid. I would not pay that much to stay there for 2 nights. I was expecting a lot more.

Summary: Very good hotel, well maintained and in convenient location for main sights in Rome. Room and breakfast very good. Good choice of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way for us, recommending restaurants and sites to visit, being extra careful when we ate there with our group and their allergies. Best mattress and pillows I ever slept on.
