Positive: The apartment has an excellent location and there is an elevator in the building which makes check-in and check-out much easier. The agency is literally on the other side of the street and they are a bunch of very friendly people, but there is room for improvement in terms of response times (see my detailed description below).

Negative: When we arrived, I tried out the sofa bed in the living room (it was a must for us because we needed at least two beds for the 4 of us). I could not open it fully, so I asked for help from the agency that runs the place. First, two men came and they were about to switch the sofa to another one from the apartment above, but a lady arrived too, who managed to open it without breaking it. However, I also noticed that there were broken wooden elements in the bed frame (3 out of 6), that resulted in hollows on the bed. They promised they would order another sofa from Ikea, which they did. But it took 3 days to arrive and assemble. I had the impression this was not new to them, I've no idea how it is possible to rent out an apartment with a broken bed. The first night was a nightmare, we needed to switch with the kids at 3 AM because my back hurt and I could not sleep and I felt that pain for another 2-3 days. We paid for two beds for 7 nights, and what we got was 2 beds for 4 nights only...I just cannot accept it. After that, on Wednesday evening I closed the terrace doors in both the living room as well as in the bedroom. Thursday morning we woke up early because we went to Venice. The door in the living room could not open due to another issue with the door latch. Since the light bulbs in the living room were quite weak, we barely had light until we left for our trip. I called in, and the agency confirmed they would check the issue out in the afternoon, but nothing happened. Friday morning I went to to agency, where I asked why they did not do anything, and they promised they would come that day, which they did. I know things break after some time, and it's bad luck the door latch broke while we were there. On the other hand, I think it would have been much better if they actually tried to see and fix the issue on Thursday.

Summary: I would not go back to this place.
