Positive: The chalet is very spacious with good location along the coast, quiet and nice view. The host is enthusiastic and helpful. The kitchen is large and well equipped.

Negative: A mosquito appeared at the first night and the housekeeper help to provide light and spray in time even it's late.

Positive: The owner of this place is very kind and house is very spacious and clean. This house is perfect, especially for families. If you are traveling to Sur this is the best place for accommodation.

Negative: The place was perfect, although a few more chairs could be useful to relax by the pool, on the rooftop as well.

Positive: Staying in this comfortable villa is a great unforgettable experience in a good sense of the word. Communication with the owner and care of the guide are great. Very helpful. The villa is huge, comfortable. Beautiful pool, outdoor and indoor seating. Large fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable room furnishings. Clean everywhere. The stay completely exceeded our expectations. I can only highly recommend it.

Positive: Incredible house in front of the beach. Very spacious for all of us. Swimming pool really fantastic. All the hlep for reaching to the property was excepcional. The guard that open us the property was very helpful, so everything was perfect.

Positive: View of the sea from the communal living areas, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, sofas are very comfortable, good wifi and staff member who met us was very helpful and welcoming.

Negative: The mattresses are rock hard. The layout is bizarre - kitchen is in a separate building, master bedroom has no windows, livingroom is far too big so strangely arranged. Beach is covered in rubbish.

Summary: Very clean and well equipped with lovely sea views from the living areas.

Positive: A large apartment which was perfect for four adults. A well-equipped kitchen and nice swimming pool to relax in. Walking distance to the beach (but there is a lot of garbage in the sand). One improvement could be the beds, the mattresses were very hard and only one pillow. A little tricky to find in the dark, but the owner was really helpful with good communication.

Positive: We enjoyed staying in our own house with our own private pool. The location of the house is very well suited to explore the spectacular wadis and nice beaches around Sur. In the evening you can have dinner in Sur, it is just a 5 minute drive to the city center. The house is spacious and very clean, the living room is huge! The owner was extremely hospitable and welcoming.

Negative: Mattresses are a little bit too hard.

Summary: Excellent value for your money.
