Positive: The hotel team is the best thing about it, from the person at the reception who was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, to the person helping out with the luggage, everybody was just so amazing. I think it has been recently renovated, it looked clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a perfect stay for the budget.
Negative: It could use a better ventilation, but that was not a big deal.

Positive: Hotel is good for travellers looking for a clean and simple place for a very good value in the centre of Sur. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite big and the most important is that it was clean.
Negative: It´d be nice if the rooms had more fesh air (i.e. option to open the doors/windows and having there net against the mosquittos).

Positive: Basic accommodation, located adjacent to market and maybe 10 min walk to water front / beach. Overall good spot. Would stay again. Just a heads up, No elevator. But they will help you with bags.
Negative: It’s a basic room, it was as advertised. No negatives if you know what you are booking. This is not a resort type of spot.

Positive: Convenient location - loved walking the souk and shops in the area. Parking was easy too. Extremely hospitable front desk staff to the point that the gentlemen was completely adorable. I started to look forward to walking into the hotel to see what fun interaction we’d have. He really made the stay unique. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Considering the price and it being a short term stay, it totally works.
Negative: The bathroom is small and uniquely designed. I actually had to laugh at whoever figured out how to make that space functional. But if you’re a tall or fuller sized person you may feel crammed when showering. Also, I don’t know if there are good walkable food options in the area as I only walked to a cute coffee shop that took a quick and easy 10 minutes.
