Positive: Amazing hotel in the middle of the old town of Sur. Very friendly manager and staff, and comfortable rooms. Really happy to have stayed here. Ample parking nearby, and located 1-2 min walk from a lot of restaurants, as well as 20 min walk from the marina where you can see lots of Dhow boats and maybe even some turtles and rays swimming in the marina

Positive: The hotel team is the best thing about it, from the person at the reception who was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, to the person helping out with the luggage, everybody was just so amazing. I think it has been recently renovated, it looked clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a perfect stay for the budget.

Negative: It could use a better ventilation, but that was not a big deal.

Positive: Hotel is good for travellers looking for a clean and simple place for a very good value in the centre of Sur. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite big and the most important is that it was clean.

Negative: It´d be nice if the rooms had more fesh air (i.e. option to open the doors/windows and having there net against the mosquittos).

Positive: Basic accommodation, located adjacent to market and maybe 10 min walk to water front / beach. Overall good spot. Would stay again. Just a heads up, No elevator. But they will help you with bags.

Negative: It’s a basic room, it was as advertised. No negatives if you know what you are booking. This is not a resort type of spot.
