Positive: The layout of the house was wonderful!! It was clean and the decor was beautiful!!
Negative: No access to the water due to steps being washed out. Price of cleaning service for 2 adults for two nights. We washed the one plate we used and 2 glasses that were dirty in the cabinet. We enjoyed eating out at local restaurants. We stayed in one room and used one bathroom, and we left it in perfect condition.
Summary: Indian Pass is beautiful an we would love to visit the area again!!!!!!

Positive: The house was beautiful and well equipped for our stay. 3 very spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths. The screened in porches plus decks on both levels offered great spaces to eat and relax. The beach area was great but difficult to access since there were no stairs from the boardwalk down to the beach.
Negative: Unfortunately, one thing really affected our stay at the property. The elevator didn't work. I rented the property knowing there were several flights of stairs but that it had an elevator. The stay included my elderly mother-in-law, father-in-law, and aunt. My father-in-law has very limited mobility. He struggled to make it up to the living areas and once we got him up there (without the elevator) he was essentially stuck for two days. I text the property manager immediately after we arrived and they promptly responded, apologizing for the inconvenience. The first set of texts said they were "creating a service ticket for local staff so that we can get this issure resolved as quickly as possible. We will reach out to you as soon as we have a resolution or an update". No response ever received. I reached out again the next morning and received this message "Apologies for the inconvenience of the elevator not working as it should. I'll take a look to see how best we can have this resolved. Based on your query, I will create an urgent ticket to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. You'll be contacted by our Local Officer for further assistance." No contact or repairs or follow up was ever received. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I specifically checked for an elevator to make the stay easier and better for him. The property should have amenenties in working order.
