Positive: Staff are absolutely lovely, very accommodating for our special needs toddler and other children. Pool was exceptionally nice as per usual Best location ever for lively evening stroll to the lake and around the camp grounds exploring dinosaurs with the kids. Lovely time away as always Our favourite holiday place to stay in Rotorua , thanks team
Negative: When we arrived, the jug didn’t work, it tripped out the power to half the chalet but my partner was able to fix that until we were able to speak with staff the next morning, the gentleman who helped us was absolutely lovely and bought us a replacement jug straight away. We’re very appreciative for the fast response and fixing the problem :)
