Summary: This is a cute little property with beautiful and clean suites. The front door is unlocked 24-7 and the access to the apartment stored in an envelope anybody could open to take the security code. I didn’t feel safe at this property: the site could be dramatically improved with security or at the minimum a locked front door!

Summary: This place is absolutely amazing! They have thought of everything, including comfortable beds, living area and kitchen. It’s family-oriented, and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Summary: The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of the property and the St. Laurence River. This historic property is located about 10 minutes from downtown Kingston in a quiet area. The original floors and exposed limestone walls and beams add to the appeal of the suite. The owner was responsive and accommodating when we left something behind. We'll be back to enjoy the balcony or patio.

Summary: So far beyond my expectations. Wish I knew about this place years ago. Older building, beautiful decor, so spacious, all the amenities and more I could have needed. Just wish I had 2-3 days at least to stay instead of just one. Will bring my spouse and stay longer next time. If you’re looking for a place that’s out of the busy area of a city (but still within a 10-15 min drive of anything you need), this is wonderful. The Penthouse Suite was huge and I loved the balcony. This room isn’t for you if you require an elevator - two flights of stairs are steep, but not concern for me. Really wish I had more time to enjoy the ‘downtime’ - this suite was larger than my first apartment and one of the smallest rooms available. 1000% better than a hotel room

Summary: This is a beautiful historical home divided up into self-catering suites. Absolutely good value for the spacious rooms, private patio (downstairs), reasonably stocked kitchen, loving details, and elegant beauty of the place. I ran into the proprietor and she is a warm and welcoming person who built her dream bnb here.
