Summary: Nice, quiet location. Covered parking right in front of the door. Steep stairs going up, but nothing any able bodied person can't manage. It was great overall.

Summary: This is honestly a 10/10 place to stay, and I've never felt that way about a booking before. To start, Michele is extremely responsive to questions and was tremendously helpful both in answering our questions before booking and in accommodating us for a much earlier check-in than normal because we took a red-eye flight in. The place really is as comfortable, peaceful, and homey as you expect from the pictures, and you can feel how much Michele CARES about making a temporary home/refuge for people visiting the area. I've never stayed at a place so true to the Vrbo/"other platforms" spirit of, "I want to rent out this space I have so that other people can enjoy it." Other bookings have been as good in terms of amenities, but it was obvious a business was renting me a product as a consumer; which is fine, but this apartment truly feels like someone made a small version of their home to share with other people. I can't recommend it enough, and we'll be booking it every single time we can for future family visits. The value and experience can't be beat.
