Allamanda Villa is an elegant five bedroom Caribbean vacation home. All on one level, the mid-century modern villa boasts a dramatic fifteen hundred square foot great room with soaring thirty foot ceilings and fifty feet of sliding glass doors that open up onto an expansive covered terrace.
Spanning over one hundred feet, the terrace affords guests the luxury of enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Play billiards or table tennis, enjoy a frozen cocktail at the bar while watching a sports event on the outdoor television, or lounge on the sofa and read a book, occasionally glancing up to watch the children play in the infinity edge, beach entry salt water pool, before gazing out at the Caribbean Sea.
Three master bedrooms are accessible via the terrace or an interior hallway. Two of these measure eighteen feet squared, and have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and walk-in closets. The third master bedroom measures twenty feet squared and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a two bedroom family suite which share an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The parents (or nanny) room, considered the forth master, has a secure private outdoor garden. All bedrooms have been floored in beautiful teak wood, are comfortably air conditioned and have televisions with cable access.
The great room has a seventy inch TV and video game system. WiFi internet is available throughout the property as well as a wireless speaker system (ALEXA) in the public spaces which can stream thousands of radio stations from around the world.
The villa sits on two acres of manicured grounds which includes an impressive play scape for children with swings, a slide and rock climbing wall. Incorporated into the drive-way is a basketball net.
The villa staff includes your own personal butler, a chef, chamber maid, a laundress, night manager, and gardener, all of whom will cater to your every need.
Attached to the villa at no extra cost is a passenger van and full time driver available for day trips around the island. Furthermore, for families with children ages eight and under we will provide forty hours of NANNY service!
Two Jamaican Dogs live at Allamanda (Peaches and Plum). They are very friendly and are given free reign of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.
Allamanda villa also includes beach club membership at nearby Tryall resort, perhaps the most exclusive resort in the Caribbean; playground of celebrities and CEO's.
Maximum occupancy at Allamanda Villa is ten adults or eight adults and four children. We can also accomodate two infants in full size cribs.
Not included in the rate are food and beverage, gas for the van, staff gratuities suggested at 10%-15% of villa rate, driver gratuities suggested at US$30/day, and expenses incurred on day trips and at the Tryall Club.

Summary: Allamanda is a truly special place. We are repeat guests and love it more each time. The staff is amazing and we were so well cared for. Tryall Club was beautiful, both the beach, pool and grill, and an easy drive from the villa. We will be back!

Summary: We celebrated my husbands 65th bday with 3 of our children and 2 toddlers and 1 infant- and had the best time. The owners were super helpful with all my questions and concerns and set everything up meticulously-every detail attended to. We have stayed and enjoyed Round Hill as a beach club 2 times in the past- this time the house had a TRYALL membership and we liked it even more. With children in the group we thought it was a much better option. There is a quiet pool and one with lots of shallow play areas for kids- the beach was beautiful with shade as needed it was a great experience there. The babysitter (Shantoi )set up by the house manager, was a huge help with the infant- we used her everyday, she came with us to Tryall and my daughter was able to focus on one child and even relax for a bit. The staff at the house is a group of wonderful people who really know how to make you feel like you are at home. The meals were all delicious and we have some picky eaters! Having access to the large van was also a wonderful perk. I am certain if you are lucky enough to rent this home it will be a memorable vacation.

Summary: Our family of 10 stayed at Allamanda for a week for our summer vacation. We had the best time! The staff was AWESOME, and the food Chef Kerr prepared for us was amazing! The fruit was fresh, and every meal was delicious! The older adults enjoyed the peace and quiet in the mornings, and as coffee was ready, we enjoyed the view. The villa itself was beautiful, and we had plenty of room to spread around. Our driver, Alicia, took us anywhere we wanted to go, and we had some fantastic experiences simply because we had her and we appreciated her telling us about the island and points of interest. The hosts are super communicative and on top of everything! Thank you, Allamanda, for the hospitality; we will be back! Book Allamanda villa! You will not be disappointed!!!

Summary: We just returned from our stay at Allamanda. Really don’t know where to begin. Let’s just say, it was fantastic even through a category 4 hurricane! The staff couldn’t have been better! Michael, the house manager, never left us during the 4 day ordeal. He tended to our EVERY need. The property is beautiful, food was restaurant quality and service superior. Do not hesitate to book this villa. You will cherish the memories for many years.

Summary: Our group of 10 just left Allamanda and we were all very sad to leave the gorgeous views and cool breezes from the nearby coast. The home itself is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and very well-appointed. One thing we didn’t realize from the pictures is that the rooms are sort-of outside. When you open any of the bedroom doors, you step out into a long, open air hallway. It feels like you’re not all staying in the same house for some reason. Just information that some may find useful. There is an abundance of comfortable seating both inside and out. I would suggest cushions on the dining room chairs because the lip on the fronts of the chairs is really uncomfortable on your legs. Also, on the big, white sectional outside, I think pillows against the back would be wonderful since everyone in our group kept plopping down to sit and we would bang our heads really hard on the framing of the top of the sofa since it’s just fabric on top of wood. Mrs. Kerr’s cooking was unbelievable! She gave us a real taste of Jamaica. Crystal, Michael, Kingsley, and Pamela kept the house in tip-top shape every single day and our driver Juna was amazing. The owners are the best I’ve ever worked with. So, incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. Stay here! You won’t regret it:)

Summary: We had the BEST family vacation at Allamanda-- 3 generations, and 4 grandkids under 6. Everyone was thrilled. The staff was so accommodating to the kids. Trace helped us get car seats, Mrs Kerr and Michael gave them kid-friendly meals and dishes, and the baby had his own high chair pulled up to the table. There were kids beds, toys, and floats for the pool. They especially loved the playground and books. All of our pre-arrival groceries were there, our preferences were met, and we especially loved the blackened shrimp linguini on our last night. We really trusted the nanny and she was very attentive to the baby, so that we could let him nap while we enjoyed Round Hill. Even Crystal and Pamela (housekeeping) were aware of when the baby was napping, while still keeping it spotless. Having everyone together, under the same roof, eating at the same table, and enjoying the same pool was heaven! Thank you everyone!

Summary: This home - and the incredible staff - are even lovelier than the pictures and numerous 5-star reviews depict. The open-air flow from the living space to the pool deck and incredible ocean view was glorious - and unlike any we'd seen. The bedrooms were gigantic, the pool large, and the ability to bop between the house and Round Hill Resort made this the most perfect place for us - all of the conveniences of staying in a home with the amenities and resort access as if you'd stayed on one. And can we talk about THE STAFF?! My goodness, we've never indulged in a staffed house before (although we've done MANY VRBOs) and I didn't know quite what to expect. Michael was simply THE BEST. Chef Kerr's meals were simply OUTSTANDING. Our laundry was done every day! (Such a treat for us as we have young kids and always so much laundry to do.) Rohan drove us everywhere we wanted, whenever we wanted. The van and his assistance was simply priceless. And Glen and Michele - they were the icing on the cake. I have never corresponded with such responsive, helpful, patient with all my questions, hosts before. I can't imagine a better choice on the island of Jamaica than Villa Allamanda. THANK YOU to all of you who helped make it such a glorious escape.
