Positive: Before we came to Crete, Sifis (the owner) contacted me via Whatsapp and sent me all important info. Our plane had delay and we came to villa at midnight - still Sifis was very welcoming and greeted us with his homemade liqueur :) Villa was very clean and fully equipped. Everything was perfect!

Positive: Clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication with hosts. We were two couples and the villa had two separate living spaces with kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms. The hosts left us a large basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and some Cretian liqueur. The owner came to clean the pool very early each morning. Pristinely clean private pool and plenty of lounge chairs. There were restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. A car is a must there to explore Crete. Lots to do and our three days was not enough time! Dont know the name of the restaurant, but the one with the brick oven when you get out to the main road has the best souvlaki that we had while in Greece. Sofia and her husband are the owners. Great food!
Negative: No complaints.
Summary: We did not have children with is but it is a perfect property for families or a several couples.

Positive: We were met at the property by the Owners Sifis and Maria also the cleaners ,welcoming us. The villa was beautiful. Can be used as two apartments 1 bedroom in one and two bedrooms in other plus Sofa beds in both. Maria kept the villa very clean. Clean towels and bedding every few days. Pool cleaned and outdoors every morning Nice touches. Fruit, Wine , cleaning products. Kitchen and outdoor bbq facilities excellent with dishwashers in and outside. Washing machines. Two bathrooms. Baby cot and highchair were excellent for our granddaughter. 10mins walk to shops and restaurants Easy bus journey to Chania, Rethimno and Georgopoulis. The little road trains offer excellent trips, we went to Lake Kouna. The men did an excursion to The Samaria Gorge. Also plenty of car hire, taxis and other excursions. Walking routes easy to find. Maria gave us excellent tips of places to visit and kept in touch by whatsapp.

Positive: We were met by Maria who communicated well with us and handed the keys and also showed us around the property
Negative: Not the hosts fault but I think we would have been better to have a car so we could venture off to different areas more easily. We did use a taxi service that was very easy to cummuicate with and came within 15 min each time
