Positive: As a hockey family from Canada we have had our fair share of stays in hotels, Airbnbs and even 5 star hotels. When we say the hospitality from Pavlos tops any of our stays, we are not exaggerating. He communicated with us regularly. Our kitchen was stocked with a CASE of water, food and wine! Who does this? We were so impressed. This property is absolutely stunning. The pool and outdoor living space is phenomenal. We could not believe our eyes when we saw our space. Our entire family loved the pool and the deck. The outdoor kitchen and indoor kitchen come fully stocked with dishes glasses and utensils.The home is very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. We had a wonderful stay. To top it off, we received lovely gifts on our departure. Thank you Pavlos for your warm hospitality. You truly offer more than any other host or hotel we have stayed with. My children are already asking when we will return. We wish you all the best with your beautiful home. We cannot wait to return.

Positive: This villa is pure luxury – beautifully maintained, immaculately presented, and furnished to a very high standard. You can truly feel the love and care that has gone into every detail. The pool and outdoor kitchen are absolutely breathtaking, and the views are unforgettable. Every comfort has been thoughtfully considered – from plush bathrobes to a full toiletries kit for each guest, nothing was overlooked. It truly felt like a five-star experience. Pavlos was an exceptional host – warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for local food and excursions, and was always available if we needed anything. He welcomed us with groceries on arrival and even left us with thoughtful gifts when we departed. A perfect stay with a fantastic host – highly recommended!

Positive: Pavlos is an exceptional host. The Villa is huge (it is even bigger than it looks in the pictures). Very clean. The pool is great- it even has a button you can turn a current on with so you can swim against it. We had everything we needed when we arrived (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc). Pavlos even stocked the fridge with some food for the first day, which was very nice. Pavlos is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything about the accommodation was much better than we anticipated! I don’t even know what to begin with. First things first - the host was really communicative and friendly from the very beginning. We have got much free food and drinks at our arrival (much water, wine, fruit and other type of food). We have also got a complete set of cosmetics, bathrobes, hotel flip-flops and 3 towels for each one of us! And that is not all - we were given some discounts on nearby attractions (gyros, boat rent, supermarket etc.) I couldn’t even imagine, that for the price of the accommodation, we could get so many bonuses! When it comes to the house itself, it is really spacious and clean, it feels fresh like a new built place. It has a mesmerizing, huge living room. The house’s kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is big, beautiful with a barbecue place. It has many comfortable tables outside to chill at. The ameneties, that were not mentioned in the Booking, were also a nice surprise. There was a pool table at the terrace, a washing/drying machine and 3 bathrooms in the house. In every room there was air conditioning with its own remote control. At the barbecue place there was an additional fridge and dishes. Also a thorough cleaning was provided during our stay. At the end of the stay we got a nice surprise gift from the host :)). Overall, it is the best place possible in all aspects!

Positive: My stay at the Grey Grand Villa Sea View was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The property itself is beautifully designed, spacious, cozy and fully equipped. Location: The house is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the beach and at the same time close by the mountains and lake Kournas too, nearby restaurants but quiet and peaceful at the same time since it is situated in a villa area. It’s ideal for anyone looking to relax but still close to local activities. Area is very safe too. Cleanliness: The place was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was impeccably clean and well-organized. Comfort: The beds were very comfortable, and the living areas were spacious, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Crete. The outdoor terrace area, the pool table and the garden were a lovely bonus. Amenities: The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen supplies to entertainment options. It feels you are at home because, literally there is everything! They also offer free sunbeds and umbrella at the beach. Host: Pavlos was incredibly helpful and responsive. He provided great tips about the local area, provided flyers with discounts from different places and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome goods as we found fruit, food and drinks upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that Pavlos came to say goodbye and gave each family a bag with gifts. Overall, I can’t recommend Grey Grand Villa Sea View enough. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, it's the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and memorable vacation. I would definitely stay here again!
