Positive: Super clean, really well looked after, tranquil, greenery, good breakfast, staff was polite.

Negative: There isn’t anything I ‘didn’t like’, but considering the price and based in previous stays at similar prices, there are a few things that could be improved, for example: bedding could be softer, pillows were a bit hard, no and toiletries such body cream, cotton pads etc apart from shower gel, which you would find in any 4 star accommodation . Although there are table and chairs in front of the main house, a little table and chairs or a sun decks in front of the bungalow would have been nice also. They had this cookies on arrival in the room, but I’d suggest something else like a plate of fruit and maybe a bottle of something. It’s all about the little details which I feel it was lacking at times.

Summary: Nice but was expecting more.

Positive: The house, garden, pool and common areas are great. It is well decorated, tasteful, the pool is nice, the garden huge so it feels secluded and the room is super cosy. Great bathroom as well. Costa Nova & beautiful beaches are 15 min away by cab, gorgeous strands of ocean front, dunes, and yummy lovely restaurants and beach huts.

Negative: I thought the hospitality side was a bit below expectations. The staff was responsive but via WA. I needed to ask for wifi, tips, and in the house for more water, more coffee, etc... the answer was rash but one needs to ask. I thought all this could be anticipated: house rules & welcome booklet with recos in each room. This was lacking. The neighborhood offers nothing besides a big grocery store 10min away by foot. One must be aware before arrival as there is nothing else for dindin! The bathtub was nice but there was a problem with the valve and the water wouldn't stay so it wasn't possible to take a proper bath. More hooks for towels would be nice as they stayed humid.
