Summary: We had 2 wonderful weeks during the summer. The house is great with enough space for a big family including dog and it is really close to the beach.

Summary: We had a great time. The house is big, well equipped and very closed to the beach. Alex was very welcoming and helpful and we felt at home quickly. We used the bikes to ride along the Nova Costa in a beautiful area. We have also enjoyed Coimbra, a short 1 hour drive and the roman ruins of Conimbriga. The children's park 2 minutes from the house was also very appreciated by the kids.The ocean is often too rough for the children however Praia Da Barra closed to the lighthouse (a 5m ride by car or bicycle) is perfect. We highly recommend the place ! Thanks Alex and Cristiane

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday at the Villa towards the end of June 2016. So much so that we intend to return in 2017. Accommodation , Facilities, Location were great . The terrace patio overlooking the dunes was a lovely place to sit in full sun or rest under the gazebo! Extras like the sun recliners , bicycles and beach equipment added value to our stay. A big plus was the close proximity of the lovely sandy beach and beach restaurants in one direction and the beautiful promenade with shops , restaurants etc in the other. Aveiro, a short drive away has large shops , supermarkets and train links but a car is not a necessity. Alex welcomed us, settled us in , gave us advice on where to shop etc and was always just a phone call away if we needed help . He contacted us midway to make sure everything was ok. All in all a great holiday , fantastic house and plenty of space. We would recommend the Villa to others.
