Positive: Stunning Villa, we had the upstairs(villa 2). Great location, perfect sunset view. Really comfy beds and pillows. Nice homely touches and Gerasimos couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Positive: Just superb both in terms of ammenities,view and hospitality.If we had some sunshine it would have been even nicer but that did not detract from the quality of the villa nor the kindness of the host.Quite exceptional. H

Negative: It rained for 3/4 of our stay and that was just bad luck.

Positive: Absolutely stunning villa, very spacious and well equipped. The views alone are worth the price tag. Great location just a 10 minute walk into Lassi. Five minute walk to a beautiful beach. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough...up there with one of the best I have stayed in. The owner is very responsive and helpful. A return visit for sure.

Positive: This is a terrific property. New and well designed. Super clean. Five Star in every way like fluffy towels and lovely loungers. Gerasimos is a wonderful host. He bought as a starter pack of lovely fruit and came every day to clean the pool. He is very professional and responsive. If we needed anything like more dishwasher tablets he brought them over. It's very quiet with stunning views. It really does look like the pictures. Gerasimos has made sure there is great wifi and plenty of hot water. We loved the barbq.

Negative: It is a great place. If I was picky I would prefer a larger dishwasher and a bigger pool but really we had no complaints. It's a piece of paradise. You do need a car. I would have preferred a later check out but I appreciate that if there other guests booked they need you out to clean.

Summary: This is an amazing 5 star brand new property and joy to stay in
