Summary: We ended up in a beautiful mountain view room! We'd expected a city view. Check in was seamless, parking in the attached garage was more convenient than anywhere we've ever stayed. There was a neat little snack bar with coffee and simple sandwiches. My coffee wasn't great but my husband liked his. We didn't use the pool but there is access from the third floor. The pool area looked very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The carpet is a little worn throughout the hotel. It's showing its age a little. But overall a really nice and convenient place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay at Aloft Asheville again. This is the perfect hotel if you are seeing a show at the Orange Peel. It's literally steps away.

Summary: Other than the loud neighbors and hearing vomiting at 2am, and loud city traffic noise in the early morning hours the accommodations were fine.

Summary: Very nice hotel clean and modern with great proximity to shops, restaurants and breweries. All staff I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating.

Summary: This was our third stay at Aloft Hotel. Service is always friendly and the amenities are good. My only suggestion would be that the hotel bar open earlier especially on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My only complaint would be the noise heard coming from the room next to ours. ( children)
