Summary: Four guests were registered to the room. Only enough towels for three of us. Pillows were worn out. Breakfest is for purchase but fruit appeared to be unwashed. Muffins were dry, deemed inedible and we threw them away.

Summary: This hotel was just ok. We stayed 3 nights and in town visiting our son who is a student at UNC. The staff was not that friendly…never greeting anyone when they walk in. Our room was on the second floor and above the reception/bar area so sometimes a little noisy at night. Walls are paper thin. Otherwise, the room had everything we needed and was clean. Parking was always available. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and I would not stay here again. The overall unfriendly/unwelcoming vibe needs to improve. It makes a big difference.

Summary: The water was turned off for practically our whole stay and when finally was turned back on - it was ice cold and wouldn’t get warm. There was leaks in hallway that was so soaked my heels were wet and squishy walking thru water. It smelled like mildew/mold. Couldn’t flush our toilet. Couldn’t tell if employees in lobby were employee or guests… nothing was stocked in lobby for purchase. Bananas rotted, had cereal but no milk. Only 2-3 cold bottle of water. Buckets/ladders all over for leaks. Basics of hotel were not accommodated. Want a refund. Awful experience. No warning given to us hotel was damaged with leaks and water would be off.

Summary: Noisy construction at 6:50am with guests in room directly outside the room. No breakfast - only a make to order from a tv menu pointed out by staff Litter in hallway not picked up Old hotel and needs updating Would not recommend to friends or family and we will be frequenting chapel hill since we have an incoming freshman student in the fall Will not stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed.

Summary: Convenient to Campus and Dean Dome. Had a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, front desk staff were polite but lobby was having ceiling issues.
