Positive: Breakfast was okay but not as good as I’ve experienced at other Marriott properties. I also had one dinner, and it was disappointing.
Summary: Excellent hotel in every respect except mediocre food at restaurant.

Positive: It was wonderful I do think the food was little too high priced but overall very nice. It would be wonderfully if they would put in an outdoor pool, the indoor was a little small.
Negative: Only thing I think could be adjusted is the prices on the food. Very expensive they should do a free breakfast even at 2 star hotels you get a free waffle and coffee or juice .

Negative: The pool is extremely small and the room smells like intense chlorine. I only mention this because I was excited to swim and it was basically the world’s smallest pool. Probably if you had kids it would be enough, but as an adult who wanted to chill, I wouldn’t recommend.

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was really good, and you can tip using a QR code. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: The pool and hot tub looked like they had an algae bloom problem. The water was a bit cloudy and had a green tinge. I booked the hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool, but I ended up finding a community pool to use instead.

Positive: The location was ideal. This hotel is tucked away in a pristine setting. The staff exceeded our expectations and greeted us with true southern hospitality. The rooms were very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. We will definitely be staying here every time we travel to Chapel Hill.
