Summary: Desk personnel was rude not helpful at all. Room was not the cleanest. We were over charged and had to pay to party at a hotel we are staying at.

Summary: had to go to other hotel for food/bar. dirty fitness room. Strong cleaning product odor. BUT...all staff we very friendly although they seemed quite bored on phones and doing schoolwork. Not a great experience overall.

Summary: Nice hotel. Parking is expensive, but it was right at the hotel. Checking in and getting to the elevator/room from the parking lot was easy. Clean and well maintained. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet, good sleeping.

Summary: Have stayed at this location several time. The facility is clean and in good shape. I wish that hotels would at least provide clean towels every day of you stay without having to ask. It would be nice that when you ask, they would actually bring you some towels. It would be nice that when you ask, they would at least write your room number down and pretend that they would bring you some towels.

Summary: Honestly I’d stay here for the breakfast sandwich alone! Hands down, the breakfast chef, Earlene, is a genius in the aloft kitchen — I ordered the original BEC sandwich and was blown away. The overall property was comfortable, only complaint was the shower as the handle kept falling off when you turned it on, and the walls seemed pretty thin as we could hear full convos next door. However, compared to nearby airport hotels, we’d choose this one over any other time and time again. The hotel’s airport shuttle staff was also incredibly friendly and on time every time which was honestly so impressive!

Summary: Staff is very helpful. The pool is currently being renovated and we were able to use the pool of the hotel in front. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if needed.

Summary: This is my normal go to spot for PHL airport transfers /travel out. This location has significantly gone down hill. Staff do not greet you at front desk, I had to find staff— sleeping on the job in the lobby. Maybe they’re short staffed? Maybe it was holiday weekend rush? Idk, but I was embarrassed to have recommended it to a friend for a local Phillies game. They did advertise pool broken; but to shuffle us to sister property across the street with an outdoor pool ? Not the same. And not advertised. I paid for this hotel—for kids to swim NOT weather dependent. Disappointed. The fixtures are now dated. I have been coming since they opened. It’s time for a refresh OR at minimum a deep clean. The redeeming qualities: housekeeping kind and clean rooms! Bartender Bri was the only staff that engaged with us in pleasant manner. She should be promoted! Front of House is off their game or we got the B team.

Summary: The location was great, within 4 minutes of the airport. The pool being out of service wasn’t made a notification until check in, which was inconvenient. Our room’s key card slot was broken and missing the front, which wasn’t great. The room location faced a nasty white brick wall, so that wasn’t great. The shuttle was very convenient and the young lady that checked us in was so sweet. All in all, we just need somewhere to sleep and be near the airport, so it sufficed.
