Summary: After many airline delays and having been rerouted, we arrived in Philadelphia tired and hungry early in the morning. Evelyn at reception was friendly and accommodating. She worked hard and was able to get us in a room by 8am before regular check in time. We were able to rest a couple of hours before our long flight to Athens. She was a life saver.

Summary: The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was too weak to properly rinse shampoo from long hair. The service and food at the restaurant were suburb.
