Summary: All the basics were covered but in a really nice way. The street noise was a bit too audible for a good rest but the staff here are great and the overall experience was pleasant. Good location.

Summary: I had a really nice one-night stay here. It's adjacent to a river front park and I took a walk over the pedestrian bridge. Walkable to many places to eat. I would stay here again!

Summary: I am use to southern hospitality and with that standard the staffs were rude but wasn’t friendly either. And the floor under our sink was broken.

Summary: This is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and quick to help with any questions. Exercise room was well equipped, and equipment was in great condition. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfy beds. The downside is that you have to valet, and that can get backed up. Also, there are limited dining options at the hotel, but many in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Overall, it was a great stay. Everything was clean in the room. The staff was friendly. I did notice a few things though. The entrance outside could use some love. Giant pots had dirt flowing from the bottom all over the concrete where you enter. This is a simple fix but was not tended to the entire time we were there. The rooftop bar had beautiful views of the downtown area but was extremely understaffed for a holiday weekend. Poor planning on managements part or corporate maybe. One lone waitress for the entire seating area inside and out could barely keep up.
