Positive: Location is perfect, with a fantastic view. You can ski all the way to the house, and start your tour from the house. Taxi service from Schladming to the location of the apartment is quite cheap less then 40 euros for a van capable of transferring up to 8 persons.
Negative: Unfortunately heavy snow fall made it a bit difficult to access apartment as the roads are cleaned very seldomly. Luckily taxi service had much better car then we did and managed to get us on and off the hill whenever we called them! Which turned out to be even better option for us! :)
Summary: Perfect ski opening weekend! Enjoyed Grand Opening Festiva!

Positive: A very beautiful home in the mountains with wooden interiors, a big living room with a big gallery/balcony with the view of Alps. The bedroom are super comfy decent size. The home is super clean, super clean bathroom and toilets,, super clean linen/towels, super comfy beds, modern wooden interior with Sauna, Jacuzzi a big kitchen and lot of utensils.
Negative: The shower was not working in one of the bathroom. But the Property owner is very good, they immediately sent Technician to fix it and later also returned back some of the booking-money, as compensation.
Summary: A modern wooden cottage at the top of hill, with great views of mountains. Big Jacuzzi, Sauna.

Positive: The chalet is truly beautiful, new, clean, and spacious, with a large terrace and a stunning view of the Dachstein massif. It has a well-equipped kitchen (two refrigerators - for 2 families, great idea:-) ), the surroundings are peaceful, and there are beautiful paths for walking. In winter, the location right on the ski slope is a great advantage.
Negative: Unfortunately, the hot tub on the terrace reported an error (it wasn't heating the water, which remained at just 29 degrees). We contacted the reception, a repairman came, but it couldn't be fixed by the end of our stay. However, since it was summer, we didn't mind too much. What was a bigger inconvenience was the very weak Wi-Fi - it definitely needs to be strengthened. It often didn't work at all, and when it did, it was only good for basic web browsing, certainly not for YouTube or similar services. The keys are in a safety deposit box, but check-in is done at the reception, which is about a 15-minute drive away (it can also be done online).
Summary: An absolutely excellent chalet with a view of the Dachstein

Positive: Location next to ski pist.
Negative: Table in the kitchen was dirty and sticky. Sauna was not working and when we tried to turn it on we lost electricity. Handy man came to our house but couldn’t fix it in time of our stay.
Summary: Great location, could be cleaner and have a working sauna.
