Summary: Der Check In hat dieses mal nicht einwandfrei geklappt. Bei den früheren Aufenthalten war das immer sehrt gut gewesen. Die Übergabe erfolgte etwas später als gewohnt, obwohl die Putzfirma schon fertig war. Es gibt ein kleines Leck an der Duschkabine wo das Wasser ausläuft. Dies war nicht schlimm, sollte nur irgendwann gerichtet werden. Ansonsten war alles wie gewohnt top. Top Ausstattung!

Summary: Im großen und ganzen ist die Unterkunft super....es bestehen trotz allem einige Mängel..... Außenwhirlpool die Plane kaputt, das Glas des Balkons beschädigt usw.... und die Endreinigung 240 Euro doch zu hoch..... aber wir haben die Tage sehr genossen

Summary: Sehr schönes geräumiges Chalet mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern. Ausstattung ist sehr gut - ausreichend Besteck, Gläser etc. Ausblick und Umgebung ist perfekt. Es war späterer Checkout vereinbart - worüber aber die Reinigungskraft leider nicht informiert war. Gläser und Teller in den Schränken waren schmutzig - mit Essensresten - und mussten jedenfalls vor Benutzung nochmals gereinigt werden. Der Whirlpool war vor Ankunft nicht gereinigt (Kronkorken wurde im Pool vorgefunden) plötzlich und unangemeldet kam ein Pool-techniker zum Chalet, aber eine Reinigung während des Aufenthalt hätte den Whirlpool für lange Zeit unbenutzbar gemacht. > bitte um bessere Abstimmung der Pool-reinigungen, damit auch sauberes Wasser vorgefunden wird. Der Kaffee-Vollautomat ist nicht funktionsfähig - da Entkalkung und Reinigung angezeigt wird - es wurde mitgeteilt, kam allerdings niemand zur Behebung. Hier konnte jedoch alternativ die Filtermaschine benutzt werden.

Summary: Sehr gut eingerichtetes Chalet mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und traumhaften Blick. Eine Betriebsanleitung für das eine oder andere Gerät wäre sehr hilfreich. Kaffeemaschine wurde länger nicht entkalkt. Nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung im Flur hätte eigentlich bei der vorherigen Endreinigung bemerkt werden können. Kommunikation mit der 20 km entfernten Rezeption eher träge. Brötchenservice an sich ein feine Sache, aber die Qualität der Backwaren lies uns den Service nur einmal nutzen. Alles in allem Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Summary: Der schöne Ausblick und die Lage an der Piste. Die Dusche im großen Bad ist undicht liegt aber daran, das die Duschtür vor der Schwallleiste außen ist Herstellungsfehler. Der Whirlpool könnte im Winter bei Minusgraden etwas wärmer sein da er bei Benutzung schnell runter kühlt. Die Endreinigung ist für ihre Leistung (Sauberkeit) nicht angemessen. Dauerte ja auch nur 15-20 Minuten 2 Personen!!!

Summary: Der Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus war wirklich ein Erlebnis Einige Lampen und die Kaffeemaschine haben nicht funktioniert (Kleinigkeiten), die offenen Bäder in den Schlafzimmern sind gewöhnungsbedürftig :-)

Summary: Betreuung war sehr gut, Unterkunft perfekt! Jacuzzi ist natürlich top, vor allem für Kinder und Jugendliche. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Mülltrennung ist eigentlich nicht möglich, weil im Müllentsorgungsbereich nur Restmüll und Glas vorhanden ist. Hier sollte zumindest auch Metall, Papier und Verpackung vorhanden sein. Ebenso könnte man im Chalet mehrere kleine Abfallkörbe installieren.

Summary: Ein Haus mit Jacuzzi und Sauna, in ländlichen aber doch elegantem Stil, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Bergen - dies ist schon einzigartig. Auf der Reiteralm ist man mit einem E-Bike oder mit der Gondel bald oben - unbedingt den Reiteralm-Höhenweg gehen, der ist ein Traum. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Was im ganzen Almdorf (besteht aus drei verschiedenen Anbietern)fehlt, ist ein kleines Geschäft, wo man das Nötigste kaufen kann. Schließlich muss man doch 6 km fahren, um zum nächsten Supermarkt zu gelangen. Die Sauberkeit hat bei unserem Ankommen etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen, Das Backrohr war gar nicht geputzt, den Kaffeeautomaten mussten wir noch entkalken und der Staub ließ auch grüßen.
