For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. WLAN only in the entrance area, in the hall and in the lounge (next to the indoor pool) available. Summary: ...the apartment is ok, nevertheless the procedure to check in one day after arrival is painful. You have to wait while you have made hundreds of kilometers to ski...furthemore the bed are quite old

Summary: Die Unterkunft war sauber. Jedoch roch es aus der Toiletre sehr unangenehm.Ey wurde nach dem Reinigen (selber gemacht) nicht besser! Die Dusche hatte Ihre beste Zeit hinter sich! Die Küche ist viel zu klein! Die anderen Räume waren soweit in Ordnung! Positiv waren der Pool und die Sauna im Haus. Wenn Eigentümer Anwesend waren ließen Sie es einen spüren das Sie keine Touristen in diesen Räumen mögen! So hatten wir es empfund wurden auch angegangen die Kinder sollen Ruhig im Wasser spielen! :-(
