Our apartment is located in the centre of the village. It is a ground floor two bedroom apartment suitable for winter skiing and summer walking or activity holidays. The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the ski bus stops just outside. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Seefeld in winter is the most romantic setting and the perfect place for a winter wonderland holiday. The apartment is modern and benefits from connection to the town's centralised hot water supply. There is a biofuel log effect fire in the living room making for a cosy atmosphere after a long day in the snow. There is an underground parking space. In summer the scenery is spectacular and the weather generally warm and sunny. There are many activities available although relaxing in the sunshine is always an option. The kitchen is very high quality with granite worktops and an island eating area for 6 people. There is also a glass top garden dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace. The lounge has a double sofa bed and 3 single armchairs and a 42'' flat screen TV with connection to UK TV via Cable TV. There is also wireless broadband available. The main floors are hardwood with carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms hard wood in the utility room. Summary: We returned last week for a third stay at this excellent apartment. It's superbly located, right by the town centre and close to the ski trails, and very well equipped. The apartment building is very practical and well-laid out, and the apartment itself is a very comfortable and relaxing space. We loved observing the changing appearance of the mountains throughout the week, and being able to easily cook and relax after a day on the ski trails. The apartment is close to the nachtloipe and we headed out most evenings with the children to ski under the floodlights. It's a brilliant place to stay, comfortable beds and seating, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious and well-designed living areas and with totally usable outdoor space. We've returned home feeling well rested and would love to visit again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay and this is by far the best appartment we have ever stayed at- 5 stars! We love Bavaria and Austria and tried out Seefeld for the very first time - we have not been disappointed.We had a wonderful two-week stay and the appartment offers everything you could ask for. Modern, clean, cosy, perfectly & fully equipped and located very centrally in Seefeld. Communication with our host was perfect, very fast and helpful responses whenever we had a question. Thank you so much for this great experience -we would love to come back very soon!

Summary: Everything was perfect with this property from the very beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely in every respect, and had everything we needed and more - from the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, the breathtaking views, the underground secure parking, and the fantastic location that was a short walk to everything!
