Positive: Very clean and comfortable. No corner of the house was dirty. Used the pool and gym and was also impressed by its upkeep. Owner prepared everything to help us feel comfortable, from enough utensils , to easily accessible netflix and YouTube. We also had colour coded hangers for each room and it made it easy to return to the correct room. We stayed for 3 nights and had to do laundry, there was enough hangers to dry our clothes. Very comfortable stay and will definitely book again if staying in KL!
Negative: When taking grab or ordering food from grab, have to walk out to guard house. Not so ideal when it’s raining.
Summary: Wonderfully clean and comfortable stay!

Positive: Everything you need in an apartment is provided by the owner. The owner is a polite decent man who will be following up with you since the moment you book and guide you through the steps of checking in with a very detailed info. He agreed on a one hour late check out happily. Overall it was a great experience.

Positive: The condo has everything-from gym to swimming pool and is close to eating places. The owner also gives very clear instructions for checking in. In addition, the apartment is very clean, and the owner also provides coffee and tea. There is also cleaning detergent for the dishes, clothes and toilet. Garbage bags, toilet paper and kitchen rolls are also available. There's also a kk mart just outside the condo where one can buy fruits, drinks and snacks easily. The scenery view from the apartment is also very beautiful.

Positive: Instructions from the owner was very clear and timely. There's a link way from the apartment to mrt, very convenient. Security guard house was also friendly. Soap, shampoo, and towels were provided. Plates, cutleries, complimentary snacks and drinks were also provided. There's also a water filter and microwave. There's a washing machine with clothes detergent provided. Along with a balcony and clothes hanger outside to dry your laundry. Very clean and spacious apartment. TV had YouTube, netflix etc. Easy to use. WiFi connection was strong. My friends and I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend others too!
Negative: Bed mattress was slightly thin, and because bed frame were made of wood, a little unstable to sleep on. Otherwise, small issue, the stay was very pleasant.

Positive: The clear instruction. The host is very very very reaponsive. The house was clean and cooling because it is on a high floor, hence sometimes we didnt on aircond. The view was nice too. Basically i dont see anything bad that i could comment about, i love the hospitality in that fully equiped house. Will definitely stay again some day. Thank you host!
Negative: During the stay, one of the lift had a bit mulfunction and was scary. Only once it happened.
