Positive: The location of the hotel is outside the city of Jujuy, but easily accessible. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered mountain views to awe and refresh your spirit. The beds were comfortable. There was space to sit and relax as well as sleep. The breakfast buffet offered many options, including gluten free goodies upon request.
Summary: Fabulous mountain and city views in a surrounding that offers privacy and rest

Positive: Good location for those who cherish nature and a bit of calmness. Toucans visited the tree in front of the room - very nice neighbors. Kind staff. Beautiful view to all city
Negative: The hotel looks to be great in the very very very past. Massuse shortened my session to 30 mins instead of 45 - she just left the room and I found her using her phone in the other room and when I asked about the session she just told me it was supposed to be 40-45 mins. I left in 38, totally dressed and a disappointed

Negative: Totally outdated, interior design needs a total remodel. Feels like I'm still in the 1970s. Beds weren't great to sleep on, pretty hard.. Food at the restaurant were mediocre at best. Lack of taste and seasoning, fatty beef, zero seasoning on most of the food, and entire lack of service. The price was exorbitant for the quality of the food and experience as a whole. The staff watched us vs. actually interacting and engaging despite being the only two people in the restaurant for most of the time we were seated. Poor experience. Could not recommend.
