Positive: Centrally located. Close to shops and transit. There is an elevator, but depending on the location of the room, there would still be approximately 3-4 steps of stairs to access the room. Not wheelchair friendly.

Negative: The corner shower set up leaks a lot on to the floor. The unit is newly renovated but I can foresee future renovations sooner rather than later. We stayed 3 nights. There is no daily housekeeping. Bathroom door is not a solid door so some privacy can be exposed.

Summary: Not perfect but staff very helpful to fix any issues.

Positive: Simple self-checkin based on a code that was texted to me the afternoon of my arrival.

Negative: Noisy part of town; there is a bar downstairs with lots of noise from the street. No air conditioning. No luggage storage. Had to walk back to the train station to leave our bags there.

Positive: Nice and simple place to overnight in magnificent Würzburg, the location is very convenient. The lady at the reception was very generous — I arrived 2 hours before official check in time, but the room was ready and i could move in immediately, after sleepless night trip it was very helpful

Negative: Well, may be a kettle with tea and coffee in the room would be a very kind addition — costs almost nothing, but makes the traveller’s mood much more positive))
