Positive: Attractive and modern apartment in a fantastic location in Würzburg. Coffee machine.
Negative: Communication with hosts in advance of booking was inconsistent and unclear. We requested an early check in which they initially agreed too (3pm) but the apartment wasn’t actually ready until closer to 5pm so we were waiting around unsure of what was happening for two hours. Water pressure in the shower was extremely poor. We were visiting Würzburg for a wedding, and the property details when we booked stated that the utilities included a suit press. In actual fact, there was an iron but no ironing board. The Hosts did not reply to our question about the ironing board until after we checked out which was unhelpful and unresponsive.
Summary: Good location but overpriced and poor communication.

Positive: The location was good, flat was comfortable enough. Wi-Fi was functioning properly. Staff was careful, it was easy to reach out them.
Negative: It was really cold. Central heating was barely working. There was no soap in the bathroom and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The blankets were smelling moisture and we had to wash and dry again.

Negative: Towels were wet and apartment had a smell. Ended up not staying. Per their policies no shows are only charged 80% of rate. Asked that I only be charged 80% and they charged me full amount. Won’t stay again.
