Positive: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was both clean and beautifully designed. We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious.

Negative: There were two minor issues. We stayed for three nights, and the breakfast selection was almost the same every day. Also, on one of the nights, it remained very noisy downstairs even after 22:00, which suggests the soundproofing could be improved.

Positive: The staff were incredibly helpful. After a long day of train travel we had a wonderful warm soup in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and complete. The staff helped us arrange out trip out of Dinkelsbuhl. The Christmas market was tiny but the decorations were beautiful as they were in the hotel. It was so cold the day we traveled and we were so glad we finally arrived and the hotel staff was so welcoming.

Negative: There was nothing that could have been better. The room was very cosy with comfy beds and chairs.

Summary: I would highly recommend a stopover to Dinkelsbuhl, a medieval gem and a stay at the Hotel Piazza.
