2 Bedroom House in Treasure Cay, Green Turtle Cay

Spacious newly refurbished 2bd/1bath half of a duplex with access to Black Sound. Conveniently located on the leeward side of Black Sound between Abaco Boat Yard & Sunset Marine Co. it's just a few-minute golf cart ride into historic New Plymouth and about 10 minutes to the north end of Green Turtle Cay.
Rental includes dock slip (water & power available for extra daily charge), wi-fi, cable TV & A/C throughout. Bedrooms can be set up as 2 XL twin beds in each room -or- 1 king bed in each room. Full kitchen w/chest freezer.
We just installed a 15KW solar power system that works great - no more power surges or outages! And best of all no noisy generator.
Note - Aly's Hideaway is on the road end of the property and not right on the water. The dock is less than 100 yards away with security cameras.

Summary: Our host really knows how to make you welcomed to the island and your cottage. The duplex is not on the water, but access is steps away. My week was windy so I did not rent a boat as planned, but facilities for a boat are there. Our location ws central to other activities on the island

Summary: The house was immaculate and very nicely furnished, from the towels and linens to the kitchen utensils. It felt good as soon as we walked through the door. Also, there is a nice dock on the property where you can just hang out and watch the sunset. We’d do it again!

Summary: We have been coming to the Bahamas for a decade and this was by far my favorite location. If you have a bigger family or two families with kids this property is great because there is a neighboring rental under the same roof. If you have a boat there is access to a dock to park you boat as well.

Summary: Good dock, not in view of your boat but only about 80 yards away, so not bad for loading/unloading. House is beautiful inside, relatively new and nice. Well built, everything works. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom small. Ice cold ac and very comfortable beds. Close proximity to Abaco Yacht Service, Sunset Marine and the beach. Halfway between New Plymouth and White Sound (1 - 1.5 miles each way to each). I highly recommend a golf cart rental and book far ahead, there is a shortage. Owner very responsive to questions. I was very pleased and will return.
