Beautiful private home just 9 steps from your private beach. This newly constructed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with an outdoor shower to comfortably accommodate 10 people. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed, smart T.V. and ensuite bath with a large walk-in double shower. Also on the first level, the second and third bedrooms both offer king beds, walk in closets, smart T.V.'s and share a full-size jack and jill bathroom.
The second level offers a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a large private full bath, 2 dormer windows overlooking the Sea of Abaco.
Fully equipped kitchen, including large island (seats 4), stainless steel appliances, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, wine and beverage cooler, air fryer, bullet blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with full size Samsung washer and dryer.
Separate dining area holds a large Pottery Barn table that seats up to 10 people. Dine in comfort and luxury with views of the ocean through French doors that open to the veranda.
This living room boosts two large 8x9 ft Tri-fold doors that open to the veranda creating an indoor/outdoor space to capture the ocean breeze while relaxing on 2 full size sofas, 2 comfy over-sized chairs with large ottomans, 75" smart T.V. with bar area below.
The outdoor features an expansive veranda that stretches the length of the home. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or take 9 steps down the walkway to your private soft white sandy beach.

Summary: My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry. Skip to the Cee Cee was beyond our expectations. Our trip was incredible. The residence was immaculately clean and not stuffy. We traveled with our 3 young daughters - the house setup is perfect for children. Plenty to do and Steve was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely return!!

Summary: We had an incredible stay at this vacation home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable and the outdoor area was a dream. We enjoyed the stunning views from the back patio.Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even offering ideas as to what to do on a windy day when we were unable to go boating.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a five-start experience!!

Summary: From the beginning, the responses from the owner were excellent. Photos on VRBO are great, but walking in this house and we were amazed at the beauty of the house, the view thru all the doors/windows out back and the back porch. This house has everything you need. Easily accommodated 2 families. The beach at the house was excellent. And the back porch has a great view. If you want to walk to the sandbar, you can be there in 5 minutes or less. We enjoyed our private little beach area behind the house and the sandbar just up the road. Treasure Cay was a great relaxing trip for our families. We will be back!

Steve was a great host and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. Summary: Cannot say enough about this house. Absolutely beautiful and set up was perfect for our family that has 3 teen/teen adult kids and their friends. Beautiful open living area/kitchen/dining! Opens out to cozy deck with open water view. Trip too short. Ready to go back to Skip to the Cee Cee!! Even better than pictures which are really good to begin with! Amazing trip!! Summary: My family of five enjoyed the comfort of Skip to the Cee Cee just feet from the ocean side. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed, with amazing king sized beds, big soft lounging furniture, lots of soft blankets and a wide array of relaxing deck chairs. The yard and beach were well kept and cared for. The owners provided tons of useful information regarding the home, Treasure Cay and Great Abaco prior to our travels and during our stay. They were prompt to respond to communications and follow up on any outstanding questions. The boat captain they recommended was fantastic and we spent half of our stay exploring and fishing with him. If we venture back to Great Abaco, we will definitely rebook Skip to the Cee Cee!

Summary: Skip to the Cee Cee was exceptional in all regards. Beautiful house in a beautiful location with everything you need to enjoy the Bahama beach and the water. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for our 3 families. Indoor and outdoor seating was perfect for our large group and the kitchen easily handled our group. It was very helpful to have lots of supplies left by the owners and previous renters. We did the same. Instructions and tips were clear and useful and the communications with owner was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.
